Willows End is a garden and nursery in Seattle with a mission to inspire creative use of urban and suburban spaces. Minimize your lawn and pick water-wise plants that offer beauty, pollinator value, and wildlife-friendly habitat.

Willows End offers a backyard nursery of plants grown on site in a true garden setting

After taking the past dozen-plus years to convert a conventional semi-suburban property into a heavily planted four season garden, C.E.G. (Chief Executive Gardener!) Christopher Cox began offering plants for sale in 2025.

With few exceptions, plants are propagated and grown on site from stock in the garden. Christopher is dedicated to the idea that a beautiful year-round landscape need not involve irrigation, and offers plants in the nursery to help others with a similar goal.

Sales are currently all in person, either during open gardens, at off-site plant sales, or by appointment. Check out the event page for upcoming open garden and off-site sales dates.
